Job Description :

The Vice President of Financial Operations is responsible for supporting the Division Presidents, Regional Teams and Center Managers from a Financial and Revenue Cycle perspective. This position provides financial leadership, direction and support to the Operations Teams and Center Managers and serves as financial and revenue cycle support for the centers. This individual leads a collaborative effort between corporate and field personnel to manage initiatives and improve KPIs and Financial outcomes thru direction and support.


 



  • Responsible for KPI analysis, interpretation, implementation, maintenance of center performance.

  • Coordinate regularly scheduled reviews of the Company financials including detailed reviews with appropriate market personnel with regard to individual program performance.

  • Ensure that fiscal management is taking place with regard to individual program performance.

  •  Support the Company budgetary process.

  • Serve as financial support with regard to such items as physician contracting, KPI reporting, incentive pool calculations, annual reviews, bonus plans, etc.

  • Responsible for monitoring adherence to fiscal policy and procedure.

  •  Responsible for the management of monthly P&L procedures with the market.

  • Provides financial support for all financial aspects of contract negotiations with prospective clients.

  • Develops relations with key external financial contacts.

  • Supports the Company financial proposals, data analysis, economic model production, etc.

  • Supports the individual centers in regard to all billing, collections, payment, and budgetary aspects of the company financials.

  • Responsible for the management of monthly P&L procedures with the market.

  • Provide analytical analysis related to company projects.

  •  Act as the “first-hand response” for identifying, communicating and correcting key financial issues.

  • Coordinate and ensures that fiscal management is being executed.

  • Provides Pro-Forma support related to Acquisitions 

  • Aids in establishing and revising long-range plans, objectives, and divisional goals by providing recommendations based on own expertise and information gathered from operating areas.
