Our client in Brentwood, TN has an immediate need for two Temp-perm Payables Senior Associates. Once permanent, the company offers excellent benefits. Candidates must reside in the Nashville area to be considered for this hybrid role. The Payables Senior Associates will work in the office in Brentwood two days per week and the other three days will be remote. This position also offers an excellent balance of work and personal life. 

 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the accounting field


• Experience in a shared services accounting environment a plus – not required


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Intermediate/advanced Word and Excel skills required (pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas)


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail


• Self-motivated and proactive


• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
