Job Description :

Our client is seeking a sharp, Senior Recruiter that has proven experience with IT/technical recruiting. 

The ideal Senior Recruiter will:

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner to determine current and future talent requirements

  •  Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of external talent using creative and proactive methods, including competency & performance-based interviewing techniques

  •  Develop sourcing strategy for each vacancy and execute against that strategy utilizing various tools for positions in multiple departments and at multiple levels (Accounting, Engineering, IT etc.)

  • Select, evaluate, and deliver quality candidates with the goal of earning a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive internal partner 

  •  Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication

  • Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends and competitors; provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, and an understanding of talent needs

  • Organize and attend university career fair events, providing a professional presentation of the company

  • Conduct intake meetings and partner with hiring manager on writing effective job descriptions

  • Continuously look for opportunities to stream-line processes that would provide a more effective & efficient recruiting system

  • Serve as a project lead or team member for various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

  • Ensure ongoing integrity of data in the applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors)

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience recruiting IT/technical, senior level and niche roles using innovative and proactive sourcing methods

  • Demonstrated advanced passive candidate sourcing skills

  • SAP recruiting experience preferred

  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success

  • Demonstrated discretion and great judgment, with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with all levels of candidates and internal clients

  •  Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-service orientation

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word)
