Job Description :

Our client, a business management consulting firm in Brentwood is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of the HR function including liaising on payroll and benefits, employee relations, recruiting and performance review process. 


 


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Completes annual reports as required by benefit providers and in accordance with regulations.

  • Monitors effectiveness of personnel policies and procedures to ensure programs are administered equitably.

  • Work with management in resolving all personnel issues in accordance with company policies and federal and state laws.

  • Interprets policies and communicates policy changes when necessary.

  • Responsible for all recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new employees.

  • Oversees performance review process, including 90 day assessments.

  • Posts position openings to job sites and managing flow of incoming candidate applications.

  • Conducts orientation and training for new employees.

  • Liaise with supervisors on performance issues and developing plans for improvement.

  • Gathers information for budget as it applies to human resources functions.

  • Responsible for staying abreast on all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the Human Resources function.

  • Works with CEO and leadership team in adoption and implementation of new policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for maintaining confidential information: files, salaries, etc.

  • Transition new clients from a human resources perspective with a Sr. Project Leader.

  • Able to react to change productively and handle all other duties/essential tasks as assigned.

  • Administers annual client survey and compiles results.


Required Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.

  • Experience in association management or comparable experience in managing professional organizations and staff is required.

  • Transparent and high integrity leadership.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee, train, and collaborate with staff.

  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  •  Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
