Senior FP&A Analyst 14264-5
Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior FP&A analyst to join their team. This individual will play a key role in managing their financial planning and analysis operations, including budgeting, cash forecasting, and sophisticated financial modeling and analysis. Besides strong analytical skills, the individual should be highly skilled with experience working with large complicated data sets using advanced to expert level Excel. The expectation will be for this candidate to start as a consultant but after approximately 16 weeks transition to a full-time permanent role.
Duration:120 days with the goal to transition to permanent employment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgets.
- Conduct detailed cash flow forecasting.
- Perform complex financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Create and refine financial models to predict future financial scenarios and outcomes.
Work arrangement: 100% remote, after a few weeks of in office training and orientation. Candidates must be local to the middle Tennessee area to participate in occasional in-office meetings and projects.

- A minimum of 7 years of extensive FP&A experience.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with complex formulas such as nested IF statements.
- Experience with Sage Intacct would be a plus.
