Job Description :

General Description:



• Thorough understanding and onboarding of all contracts; Independents, GPO, Distributors, Vendors, Manufacturers and Custom Contracts.
• Compliance with contract requirements and policies.
• Recommend and implement in NetSuite contractual pricing updates.
• Manage and assist in implementing a new standardized contract process, create and communicate consistent contract provisions.
• Calculate and process monthly, quarterly and YE calculations related to rebates, distribution and GPO fees.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves accounting discrepancies on a daily basis
• Oversees the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Report sales to Group Purchasing Organizations as set forth in the contracts.
• Report sales to vendors as requested by Management.
• Ensure the timely collection of Accounts Receivables of distributed customers.
• Work with and assist management with various reporting analysis as needed.


Required Qualifications :

Skills/Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• They must be able to work largely unsupervised and have strong time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, spreadsheet and general computer proficiency. Possess knowledge of accounting software (NetSuite a plus) and Microsoft Office software.
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques with emphasis on excel formulas and functions.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential personnel and company documents.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Acute attention to detail
