Job Description :

Our healthcare client needs a senior compensation analyst to assist with an HRIS or HCM (human capital management) system implementation. The role will be at least 10 months and could likely go permanent. 


 


The consultant will be focused on scrubbing large data sets and then loading into their new system. Heavy of use of advanced Excel (e.g. graphing, plotting, V-LOOKUPS and pivot tables) will be required.


Required Qualifications :


  • At least 3-5 years of compensation analysis experience

  • Must have specific compensation data experience

  • Must have prior experience with a HRIS or HCM implementation or migration

  • Advanced Excel (e.g. graphing, plotting, V-LOOKUPS and pivot tables)

  • Experience with Ultipro a major plus. Experience with an HCM or HRIS required


 


This is 100% remote (preference for a local candidate, but will consider strong out-of-town prospects)
