Job Description :

Currently seeking candidates for a Temp-perm Senior Financial Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle competing priorities, communicate effectively and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of daily tasks. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Candidate will provide analytical support across Finance, Operations and Sales. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and track metrics for Finance, Operations, and Sales.

  • Key contributor to the financial close process.

  • Play a critical role in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.

  • Prepare commissions and rebates analysis related to distributors and reconcile monthly.

  • Prepare various financial, operating, and sales reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Maintain supporting documents to aid in compliance with internal controls and external documentation requirements.

  • Upload and maintain the integrity of usage data by customer in CRM.

  • Renew multiple state and local licenses annually.

  • Assist in documentation of current processes and identify and implement process improvements where necessary.



Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience.

  • Financial modeling and strong analytical skills required.

  • Thorough understanding of accounting concepts and experience interpreting and analyzing financial data.

  • Strong financial systems skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (heavy emphasis on MS Excel and MS Access including experience with large data sets, pivot tables and Vlookup formulas).

  • Great Plains experience preferred.

  •  Proven high level of organization and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, flexible personality, and ability to work independently.
