 Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will report to the Controller. This role is crucial to implementing and mobilizing the nancial strategy for Celebrity. This role also offers a high ceiling for growth as the company expands, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities in a dynamic and evolving environment.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist team members in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

  • Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate nancial

  • transactions.

  • Manage and execute month-end close processes, including account analysis and reconciliation.

  • Handle weekly payroll duties, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Prepare, review, and analyze nancial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other nancial regulations.

  • Assist the Controller with ad hoc nancial projects and other tasks as assigned.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure nancial accuracy and integrity

  • across the organization.

Required Qualifications :
 

Required Skills & Quali cations



  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role, with a strong understanding of AR/AP, reconciliations, and nancial statement preparation. A mix of public and private is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and

  • nancial reporting. Pro ciency in QuickBooks Online is a plus.

  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

  • Critical Thinking: A curious, forward-thinking individual who can see the big picture and proactively solve problems.
