·       Prepares quarterly consolidated financial statements and periodic and quarterly SEC filings (8K, 10Q, 10K, etc.).

·       Responsible for share-based compensation and equity accounting and disclosure

·       Responsible for ASC 842 lease accounting

·       Performs technical accounting research and implements new accounting pronouncements.

·       Assists with coordination of annual audit and quarterly reviews with internal and external audits

·       Prepares annual Proxy and materials for annual Shareholder meeting

·       Collaborates with internal audit to improve SOX control environment

·       Teams with control owners to improve documentation around the performance of controls.

·       Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred

·       CPA preferred

·       3+ years of relevant accounting experience (Public accounting / SEC Reporting)

·       Strong accounting skills, including knowledge of US GAAP, SEC and financial statement presentation

·       Advanced experience with Excel

·       Fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

·       Extremely organized and detail-oriented

·       Ability to research, solve problems, and take initiative to recommend process improvements

·       Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
