Our client, a rapidly-growing specialty financial services firm headquartered in Knoxville, has an immediate need for an experienced Client Relationship Specialist. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with a high-level of business acumen who has a proven ability to provide exceptional and responsive customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Our client offers competitive base salary ($52-55K) plus bonus potential and an exceptional benefits package.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum requirements include an Associate's Degree (preferably in Business) plus at least 5 years' experience in banking or financial services, preferably in commercial lending. Must have an understanding of workflow, relationships, and legal principles (UCC) involved in supporting commercial lending sales and operations. Strong references and a stable work history are required, along with strong organizational and PC skills (especially MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
