Job Description :
Seeking a hands-on controller to assist a growing healthcare firm by handling daily accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
Duties will include:
- Involvement in general accounting, month-end close and financial reporting
- Work closely with accounts payable and payroll functions
- Special projects will include: purchase accounting
Duration/Timing: 3-5 months / ASAP
Work Arrangement: 100% remote
Required Qualifications :
- At least 8 years of accounting experience with some hands-on controllership level experience
- Must be able to handle a wide range of duties from staff management, general ledger accounting, month-end close and financial reporting
- Strongly prefer healthcare experience
- Experience with purchase accounting preferred
- Strongly prefer experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and other similar accounting tools
