Job Description :
Our Nashville client is seeking a Recruiting Manager to drive creative strategies and tactics to discover talent, build a strong employer brand and create great relationships with candidates and employees.
Responsibilities include:

  • Work with all companies to identify and plan for current and future staffing needs, to include forecasting based on turnover data

  • Achieve time to fill goals and hiring the right people through effective management of the RPO partnership or personally recruiting for open positions

  • Manage recruiting efficiency by identifying and implementing the processes to source, interview and hire the right people for open positions

  • Manage the employee referral process to include marketing campaigns, communications, tracking and processing rewards

  • Create, design and update recruiting work steps and procedures

  • Manage our RPO’s execution of a talent network strategy to grow a talent pipeline aligned with our culture, values, and business needs

  • Use data to identify and recommend continuous improvement that leads to best in class sourcing, recruiting, interviewing selection and hiring practices

  • Perform grassroots/on-the-ground recruiting activities to support businesses

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on proper interviewing techniques based on Company culture and local/state/federal laws

  • Manage all tools and technologies used in the recruitment process

  • Responsible for measuring and reporting on all recruitment metrics

  • Lead the Company’s efforts to create, manage, and measure an employer branding program that drives candidates to all companies

  • Partner with Marketing and leverage technology or other communication tools to effectively execute employer brand messaging

  • Lead efforts to identify events, partnerships or resources that lead to increasing awareness of our employer brand awareness and attracting the right talent

  • Manages the career website content

  • Identify and execute process that successfully onboard new team members from time of offer acceptance through completion of new hire training

  • Monitor effectiveness of new hire training programs, recommend improvements and facilitate changes


Required Qualifications :

  • Embraces Values, Vision and Mission - Basic Qualification

  • Experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Manager (managing and leading others’ recruiting work)

  • Experience in a talent attraction and acquisition role preferably in a multi-state and multi-business unit environment

  • Proven capability of identifying and implementing creative sourcing and talent attraction strategies

  • Proven capability building and monitoring hiring metrics (Time to fill, cost to fill & building candidate pipelines, for example)

  • Familiarity with executing employer branding strategies

  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate relationship management (CRM) tools

  • Proven ability to make strong and sound decisions

  • Proven ability to think strategically, lead major initiatives and execute on a tactical level
