Job Description :
Our client, an established Knoxville physician practice, has an immediate need for an experienced receptionist.  The successful candidate will be the "director of first impressions" for the practice and providing prompt and compassionate customer service to current and prospective patients.  Starting annual compensation $30-35K plus benefits.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum requirements include at least 3 years' experience as a receptionist for a professional practice, with preference given to candidates who have served in a similar role with a physician practice.  Previous experience with patient scheduling strongly preferred.  Candidates must have strong communication skills and provide a calming and comforting presence for patients and colleagues. Strong PC skills (MS Office) are a must, as are exceptional references and a stable work history.
