Job Description :
 This client works with research clients all over the country.  They are adding a Project Coordinator role to the team.  This position performs high level administrative and project management duties.
1) Serve as liaison to clients and internal members
2) Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
3) Coordinate committee work
4) Perform administrative duties for Senior Team Members
5) Work with Project Managers on multiple projects
6)  Meeting planning and coordination
 
Required Qualifications :
Administrative Assistant experience
Experience with Meeting Planning
Strong communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office
Problem Solver
