o    Ensure safe working conditions and safe work behavior

o    Lead defect reduction and error-proofing

o    Implement and maintain standardized work and process control plans

o    Maintain/improve schedule attainment and fill rate by effectively leading the assigned production department

o    Lead equipment uptime improvement and line downtime reduction

o    Lead cost reduction in labor, scrap and OT

o    Improve employee relations, work environment and team work through effective verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization 

o    Develop and implement training plans to develop the skills of the team and grow leaders

o    Assist in developing a KPI process to accurately measure performance and drive daily improvement in SQDC

o    Effectively identify problems, utilize root cause analysis and problem solving tools to implement corrective measures

o    Lead and participate in regular kaizen activity for improvement
