Job Description :
 Our client is a global financial consulting firm and is seeking a fast paced and highly responsible Practice Coordinator/EA to support Senior leadership!  We are looking for a proactive, team member  to execute and coordinate business operational support with strong problem solving skills. 

 This position serves as the right hand to key management and clients.

*Managing the day to day operations calendars, travel, presentations, special projects,

*Keeping everything moving in the right direction!  

*Confidential reporting, budgets, presentations

*Serve as liaison with offices across the country

*Coordinate people affiliation and development activities

*Event planning, trainings

 

 

 
Required Qualifications :
      



  • Demonstrated independence and autonomy in internal/external interactions

  • Ability to execute defined tasks that require independent judgment, based on processes/policies

  • Ability to effectively coordinate day today work; apply working knowledge of primary function and demonstrating the ability to solve problems within own role

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to think analytically, adopting out the box thinking

  • Professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude

  • Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
