Job Description :

Seeking a Payroll/Benefits Manager for a company moving their headquarters to FRANKLIN, TN.  Ideal candidate will have managed multi-state payroll and benefits for over 500 employees. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing through UltiPro

  • Review information for completeness and accuracy

  • First point of contact for employees regarding payroll and time and attendance queries

  • Assist with year-end processing of W-2’s

  • Responsible for processing company benefits and reconciliation of benefit invoices

  • Manage the Employee benefits Program and communicate benefits plans to staff and orientation

  • Liaison with 401K administrator

  • Work with accounting to ensure journal entries and reconciliations are accurate and complete  

  • Maintain tracking of FMLA leave of absences

  • Gather and report data for various surveys in support of payroll activities

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred

  • 5 years’ Payroll and Benefits  experience

  • Highly deadline oriented and organized

  • Proficient in MS Office and UltiPro

  • CPP
