Job Description :
 Our exclusive client is seeking a bright, conscientious, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic to join their team.  This small, elite office needs someone self-motivated, positive, accountable who can manage deadlines and is willing to provide hands on support.  Most importantly, the candidate must share in their best-in-class client service philosophy, which emphasizes accuracy and timeliness in all internal and external communications.

 Assisting multiple executives with daily operations and projects


 Day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the firm


 Providing general office administrative support – including:



  • answering phones,

  • greeting clients,

  • processing and distributing mail,

  • coordinating and managing meetings, calls, and calendars,

  • preparing and assembling presentations

  • maintaining files,

  • supplying and upkeeping of breakroom, supplies room, and  common areas

  • organizing executives travel


 




Required Qualifications :
 

        Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred


        Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multitask


        Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally


        Strong communication and interpersonal skills


        Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with co-workers, clients, and visitors
