Job Description :

Seeking a financial professional to support investor relations team by providing customer service, account management, documentation, and assisting with operations.




· Provide direct support for both the Vice President of Investor Relations and Managing Partner

· Assist with the creation and preparation of quarterly reports

· Assist in the preparation of custom investor presentation slides for both on- and off-site meetings

· Support the planning of the Annual Meeting and coordination of meeting documents

· Maintain the investor portal and keep the Customer Relationship Management database current

· Manage timeline for investor conference calls and assist with coordination of call materials

· Develop client specific reports

· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of, roadshows/marketing, on- and off-site meetings, and other periodic investor events

· Track capital contributions from investors

· Review distributions to investors

· Process investor’s administrative change requests


This role will work with various internal teams such as Accounting, Asset Management, Acquisitions and Portfolio Management to manage workflow for assigned responsibilities. Will participate in various projects and meetings with clients focused on communicating the performance of investments.

Required Qualifications :

· 5+ years of investor relations support or equivalent relevant work experience in the Accounting or Finance industry.

· Bachelor of Science in Business or related field. Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

· Finance and investment acumen from studies or relevant work experience

· Experience in Real Estate and/or Private Equity preferred but not required

· Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills

· Great communicator with a professional attitude

· Experience managing customer relationships and deliverables

· Proactive, thoughtful, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate across multiple business units and stakeholders

· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Ability to work well with various personality types

· Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion

· Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
