An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a multi-state Human Resources Manager. Opportunity to utilize experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the management team and staff across several affiliate companies. The successful candidate will develop and own a broad range of human resource functions.


 


Required Qualifications :


  • Manage human resource recruiting, hiring and employment, regulatory compliance, reporting obligations, training, and benefits administration. 

  • Promote HR strategies that support organizational goals and ensure deadlines are met. 

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to assure effective HR practices. 

  • Explore new HR strategies and practices, modify HR systems and technologies, and participate in professional organizations. 

  • Communicate effective HR practices, policies, and benefits information to a diverse workforce.

  • Provide advice, guidance, and counsel to senior management regarding critical matters pertaining to employee issues and the delivery of human resource services. 

  • Review, update and implement policies and procedures as approved by senior management.

  • Assist managers and supervisors with interviewing and hiring, troubleshooting and resolving employment issues, and HR regulatory compliance. 

  • Direct HR related activities which include gathering performance indicators and reports.

  • Assist with employee training and ensure compliance and understanding of company benefits, policies, and regulatory functions. 

  • Audit and ensure company compliance with FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, OFCCP, and reporting obligations. 

  • Oversee the strategy, development, compliance, and administration of company benefits.

  • Annually review and approve benefit plan documents and related forms. 

  • Research and propose changes, improvements, and additions to the company’s benefits package. 

  • Participates and drives on-boarding and leadership development. 

  • Identifies key training needs and develops plans and timelines for design and delivery.

  • Ensures positive employee relations by proactive employee communication, prompt issue resolution and fair & equitable treatment. 

  • Work with leadership team to design, lead, implement and optimize talent development initiatives, retention strategies, succession planning, career development and HR policies 

  • Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices, employment laws and regulations, and competitive pay practices

  • Experience with UltiPro and Kronos
