Job Description :
Our client is headquartered in Brentwood and looking for a HRBP. This position closely partners with the Senior leadership team to develop overall strategies and align HR initiatives to meet organizational goals. Collaborate with Managers on culture, engagement, retention and communication.
* Drive company culture through programs and initiatives
* Organization development and succession planning
* Manage Talent Management process
* Design and manage company wide organizational development and workforce development
* Oversee learning and development programs to ensure effectiveness
* Provide training, guidance, compliance, employee relations, and coaching.
Required Qualifications :
Stable progressive HR leadership experience in a small to mid size company
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and training and development
Strong communication skills
Problem solver, critical thinker
SPHR/PHR certification
HRIS/MS Office
