Job Description :
 

Our fast growing manufacturing client in Fayetteville, TN is hiring for a Human Resources Manager and Payroll administration to support the plant. Acts as a liaison between employees and Senior Management, payroll service provider (ADP),  benefits broker/administrator and oversee recruiting process.   


 


Manages employee records such as new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and provides employee statistics for government reporting and other needs


Manages relationships and contracts with outside vendors who provide various services


Oversees administration of a variety of systems to include onboarding, employee records, background testing and payroll administration


Conducts interviews, recruiting and vetting new staff


Verify timesheet data, enter payroll data and process payrolls in an accurate and timely manner



Counseling staff on HR policies, practices and procedures



Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations



Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absence



Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs, leave management, unemployment insurance and workers compensation plans


Required Qualifications :
 

  Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver and always seeking to improve the process


  Intermediate Excel skills, ADP+ 


  Experience developing reports from payroll processing software – Kronos experience preferred


   5 or more years of experience working in human resources and/or payroll of a small, manufacturing company (100+ employees)


 Familiar experience with Worker's Compensation, FMLA, Employee Relations
