Job Description :

Duties for the HR Business Partner will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations and pay plans, maintaining staff relations, updating policies and practices, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.


 


The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The HR Business Partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, coach and guide management and employees on proper HR etiquette, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.




HR Business Partner Responsibilities:



  • Management of HRIS System (ADP WorkForceNow)

  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices

  • Maintaining compensation and benefit packages

  • Managing staff wellness initiatives

  • Driving employee engagement

  • Evaluating staffing needs

  • Overseeing recruitment efforts

  • Engaging with heads of department

  • Compliance (OSHA, EE Terminations, EH&S, Workers Comp)


 
Required Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of HR

  • Practical HR experience of at least 3-4 years in a relevant industry

  • PHR or SHRM CP Certification preferable

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving

  • Proactive in nature

  • Meticulous attention to details

  • Highly organized

  • ADP WorkforceNow experience highly preferred

  • FMLA processing

  • Benefit administration

  • Experience creating structure and managing organizational charts

  • Worker’s Comp/OSHA Compliance
