Our global company operates in more than 20 countries. They are looking for a strong HR Director to join their Nashville team. This position will oversee processes and decisions for critical areas related to employment engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition including continuous improvement of practices across the country. Leads and/or assists in other HR programs and projects such as process improvement, compensation, benefits and performance management. Lead salary and compensation programs, drive D&I activities across the company. Create effective business partnerships with leaders at all levels.
Required Qualifications :
10 years of progressive and broad HR experience
5 years managing a team
Multi state experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities
Assertive, self-starter, highest level of confidentiality
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, legal compliance, employee law
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Knowledge of HRIS, MS Office
SHRM-CP or equivalent
Open to 25% travel
