Job Description :
Our client is seeking a fractional CFO. Please see below for the specific request:
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Ability to develop/evaluate if current director can become CFO
- Ability to scale/grow service/consulting/software company
- Exp on ability to get funding/working capital
- Ability to develop a growth financial model & increase valuation of company.
- Ability to align with sales team & pipeline strategy in order to ensure alignment of growth
- Exp with financial software & integration models / dashboards etc.
Duration: seeking at least a 6 month commitment – this could go much longer.
Work Arrangement: 100% remote – part-time hours around 20 hours/week
Required Qualifications :
- At least 20 years of accounting/finance experience
- Prior VP Finance/CFO level experience
- Strong FP&A skills
- Prior experience in a sales oriented company
- Prior fundraising experience
