Job Description :
Our client is seeking a fractional CFO to provide strategic financial guidance and support. The ideal candidate would come from professional services background with prior experience with human resources and staffing oriented companies. Ability to perform sophisticated FP&A work is one key requirement identified.
Required Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of CFO level experience
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule (8-20 hours per week)
- Ability to make a long-term commitment
- Strong FP&A and Excel modeling skills
- Prior experience in Staffing or Human Resources strongly preferred
