Job Description :
Our client is seeking a fractional accountant to assist with bookkeeping/accounting for the PE firm itself. The duties will include: bookkeeping(e.g. QuickBooks Online, maintain reconciliations – very straightforward, cashless carry transactions, and audit management (auditor is LBMC PC). The PE Firm has 3 entities and around 120 transactions. The books were maintained by an outsourced accounting firm and are in good order having recently been subject a clean external audit. The client is estimating needing this resource for about 10 hours/month.
Work arrangement: fully remote
Duration: long-term ongoing fractional support
Schedule: 8-10 hours per month
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of accounting experience
- Experience independently handling all accounting duties including audit management
- Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
Target Bill rate: $80-100/hour
