Job Description :

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



  • Perform financial analysis with the support of internal stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives

  • Produce and analyze monthly performance to budget reports for both finance and operations teams

  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests such as cash collections velocity and payor mix analysis

  • Quantify synergy opportunities for acquisition targets and present findings to proper channels

  • Support monthly meetings with internal partners to ensure financial processes are running smoothly

  • Assist with the creation of monthly reporting packages and operational metrics scorecard

  • Assist with the creation of the annual budget

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, outcomes, and personnel

  • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal and communication skills necessary to foster positive and cohesive working relationships with partner company and Seven Hills teams


Required Qualifications :
 Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 2+ years of healthcare services or related industry experience

  • 2+ years of financial accounting, transaction advisory consulting, financial planning & analytics, or related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field

  • A proven track record as a change agent during periods of transition and growth
