Job Description :
Our client, located in downtown Nashville, is seeking an Executive Assistant that will assist on special project-related support to the CEO and others on the executive team. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining the corporate document archive and working with and coordinating work with consultants (i.e., legal, technology, public relations, etc.).  
Required Qualifications :


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • 7+ years in similar support roles

  • Interested in working with a growing company to develop, document and assist in implementation of special projects in the company  

  • Advanced technical acumen including working within an ERP and all O365 products, and process mapping experience

  • Experience in lean manufacturing, finance, continuous improvement, and six sigma is not required but preferred

  • Ability to be, as well as keeping others, organized and on track

  • A service-focused, self-starter that has the ability to anticipate the needs of others and proactively meet the needs of the CEO and CFO

  • Past experience in the construction or architecture industries is a plus

  • Has a natural curiosity about how things work and when in doubt, quickly asks questions to better understand a task or process.

  • The ability to analyze business processes for a variety of strategic initiatives.  Develop Detailed As Is Process Description PDD (Process Description Document), Detailed To Be Process Description SDD (Solution Design Document)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Lean Six Sigma Black Green Belt or equivalent experience and Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates and present status to management

  • Considerable skills in process improvement, business transformation, customer service, communication, leadership, problem solving and team building

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to create presentations

  •  Ability to create process flow diagrams in Visio or other software applications as needed

  • General knowledge of Workforce Management Tools required

  • Ability to create and comprehend reports and spreadsheets

  • Ability to maintain effectiveness and professionalism when experiencing change in work tasks and/or the work environment
