Job Description :
Our client has a great opportunity for a person who likes building relationships and strategy for accounts and maintain key contacts and expand the Company's footprint and presence in the online home furnishings industry 
Required Qualifications :
 


  • Manage key E-Commerce accounts to achieve revenue and profitability goals.




    • Understand and drive scorecard metrics to goals.






  • Define strategic account plans for assigned accounts including understanding of how the account fits overall business strategy:






    • Develop annual sales goals.






    • Develop a clear understanding of the account business requirements, ie portal demands, operational requirements that drive scorecard metrics to goals, etc.




    • Advance catalog optimization: identify selection gaps, prioritize new item additions, manages drops.




    • Build new products and review product listings to ensure accuracy of information, imagery, and copy to increase sales and search engine optimization.





  • Identify sales, merchandising, and operational opportunities for the category and collaborate with internal teams to drive change.






  • Analyze and anticipate competitor marketing, selection, and pricing strategy.




  • Develop understanding of the market the account serves and who is the end consumer




  • Internal liaison for addressing questions and communicating and resolving issues including communication between partner teams and Company Operations Team




  • Meets with buyers at markets or virtually; gains insight on needs of their assortments; proposes new products




  • Analyzes sales and data to improve the management of inventory




  • Works directly with purchasing department, providing forecasts and sharing insight on consumer buying patterns 




  • Reviews metrics provided by partners regarding fulfillment and shipment efficiency, returns, quality issues. Works with Company OPs team to address concerns.




  • Internally addresses questions regarding account


     


    REQUIREMENTS:






  • Digital merchandising experience




  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP systems (I.e. NetSuite) preferred




  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal




  • An ability to manage and prioritize projects, and to delegate tasks appropriately.




  • Innovative problem-solving skills – dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions.




  • Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.




  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
