Job Description :
Essential Functions
This position will direct the finance team to build out the FP&A function.
- Direct work assignments and team capacity to ensure the highest impact projects are appropriately resourced.
- Use immense sets of data to extract and analyze information regarding account health, sales funnel, customer profitability, and various SaaS metrics, turning it into actionable steps for the business.
- Forecast, plan, and monitor against budget, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Build and direct annual budgeting process.
- Prepare and present report for board meetings, investor reporting, and internal communications
- Develop and measure KPIs, to align with big picture company goals.
- Partner with department leaders to review strategies and initiatives based on budgets.
- Select, manage, and evalutate a team of professionals.
Working Environment & Travel Requirements
- Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
- No significant stooping is usually required.
- Minimal travel.

Required Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience, including management.
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis procedures.
- Solid business acumen and customer-service focus and ability to get things done.
- Ability to facilitate strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and maintain composure in a variety of situations.
- Passion for excellence backed by a track record of accountability, collaboration, and integrity.
- Ability to effectively lead a staff of direct reports.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills.
