Essential Functions


This position will direct the finance team to build out the FP&A function.



  • Direct work assignments and team capacity to ensure the highest impact projects are appropriately resourced.

  • Use immense sets of data to extract and analyze information regarding account health, sales funnel, customer profitability, and various SaaS metrics, turning it into actionable steps for the business.

  • Forecast, plan, and monitor against budget, collaborating with key stakeholders.

  • Build and direct annual budgeting process.

  • Prepare and present report for board meetings, investor reporting, and internal communications

  • Develop and measure KPIs, to align with big picture company goals.

  • Partner with department leaders to review strategies and initiatives based on budgets.

  • Select, manage, and evalutate a team of professionals.


 


Working Environment & Travel Requirements



  • Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.

  • Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

  • Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

  • No significant stooping is usually required.

Required Qualifications :
 

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • 8+ years of experience, including management.

  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis procedures.

  • Solid business acumen and customer-service focus and ability to get things done.

  • Ability to facilitate strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work through ambiguity and maintain composure in a variety of situations.

  • Passion for excellence backed by a track record of accountability, collaboration, and integrity.

  • Ability to effectively lead a staff of direct reports.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment balancing multiple projects and embracing change.

  • Ability to resolve issues under tight timeframes and pressure.

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
