Job Description :
This highly regarded entertainment client is hiring a Director of Total Rewards to their HR team in Nashville. This role is responsible for managing and implementing a Total Rewards strategy that both motivates and attracts team members while adhering to the budget. Evaluate current compensation and benefits through research, surveys and analysis of trends.
* Conducts open enrollment meetings
* Lead annual benefit renewal process; renewal analysis
* Creates wellness-related events and activities to promote wellbeing
* Manage relationships between brokers, vendors, and insurance carriers
* Oversees, reconcile and approves processing of monthly billings and preparation of payment
* Oversees annual retirement plan audits
* Reviews annual Pension Plan funding notice
* Reconciles insurance bills; submits to A/P for processing
* Develop, implement and administer guidance on compensation programs
Required Qualifications :
7-10 years of solid experience of Benefits and Compensation
Strong HRIS experience, ability to generate reports
Experience managing data feeds
Knowledge of State and Federal wage and hour laws
Strong presentation skills, problem solving skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Office, HRIS (Ceridian a +)
SHRM-CP +
CBP/CCP preferred
