Job Description :
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Technology Manager and will work closely with internal teams to create, coordinate, and execute all digital marketing strategies for the company. The position will apply company strategies across all mediums including but not limited to social media, email marketing and website content production and management.
Required Qualifications :
- Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent digital marketing plan in cooperation with Company leadership.
- Social Media: Develop content and a schedule for all social networking channels employed by the company. You would also be expected to maintain your knowledge of new emerging media platforms that can benefit company's growing business model.
- Website: Optimize and create new content for the company’s website. Work in conjunction with the Technology Director to develop current and future strategies for content creation to ultimately improve our customer’s overall shopping experience. Improve and correct product descriptions and all other website content.
- Traffic and Reporting: Track campaign and website traffic patterns and provide measurable reporting to internal teams on a consistent basis.
- SEO: Researching and implementing content recommendations for continued SEO growth and success.
- Digital Billboard: Develop and maintain all digital billboard advertisements.
- Brand: Develop and maintain on brand marketing materials for use by all marketing channels and the sales team, i.e., stock photography, presentation templates, instructional videos and logos.
- Identify new and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure that the brand remains in front of all new industry developments. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing websites with a complete online shopping experience, SEO, marketing database, email and social media campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and scripting.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Netsuite and SuiteCommerce.
- Working knowledge of Adobe content production softwares (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Possess a technology background and understands core technical areas.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.
