Job Description :
 

Growing and established Chattanooga Company is growing. This growth has made room for an additional need  for an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Service Representative.


Required Qualifications :
 

1. Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.


2. Communicates with customers and provide follow-up as directed by management.


3. Assists in completion of work orders which may involve but is not limited to verification that all necessary customer information is documented, equipment detail entry, and verification of delivery of equipment.


4. Performs data entry of all pertinent information, including scanning documentation received.


5. Assists with the physical inventory at the direction of management.


6. Provides clerical support for the preparation of inventory documentation.


7. Completes follow up phone calls efficiently and professionally.


8. Performs any directly-related job duties as assigned by management. Carries out all position expectations in a professional manner.


9. Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.


10. Have excellent communication and organizational skills


11.Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
