Job Description :
Our client has an excellent and immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to join the growing Team!  Person with a great attitude, likes dealing with customers / buyers and understands what it takes to help a Company grow, this position can help you grow professionally too! 
Required Qualifications :

  • Process orders, communicate and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Identify issues and resolve promptly.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and outside sales representatives

  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools including freight shipment estimates.

  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas

  • Travel to tradeshows and assist with planning as needed

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • This job will require the individual to manage multiple tasks; work closely with outside sales reps, buyers and/or owners of retail stores.



  • 3-years’ experience in customer service industry (preferably in B2B operation)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and Outlook.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

  • Knowledge of ERP system (such as NetSuite) preferred

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment

  • Ability to interface well with staff and external contacts

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.

  • Must be flexible to help in various areas when required.

  • Experience with e-commerce or wholesale distribution preferred
