Job Description :
Our client has an excellent and immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to join the growing Team! Person with a great attitude, likes dealing with customers / buyers and understands what it takes to help a Company grow, this position can help you grow professionally too!
Required Qualifications :
- Process orders, communicate and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Identify issues and resolve promptly.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and outside sales representatives
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools including freight shipment estimates.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Travel to tradeshows and assist with planning as needed
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- This job will require the individual to manage multiple tasks; work closely with outside sales reps, buyers and/or owners of retail stores.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-years’ experience in customer service industry (preferably in B2B operation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of ERP system (such as NetSuite) preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment
- Ability to interface well with staff and external contacts
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Must be flexible to help in various areas when required.
- Experience with e-commerce or wholesale distribution preferred
