Job Description :
Our client is moving to Nashville and hiring a dynamic, energetic and fun individual to join its team.  Reporting  into the HR Director, you will work closely with business leaders and all members of the team to oversee the recruiting process.  


Responsibilities will include:


 


         Develop relationships of trust across the organization promoting a collaborative environment.


         Partner with senior leaders in the full-cycle recruitment process proactively managing expectations.


         Take ownership of candidate experience working closely with HR Coordinator and HR Director. 


         Input and ensure accuracy when entering new employee data into appropriate systems (i.e. payroll, HRIS).


         Ensure compliance training requirements are fulfilled for both employee and freelance population.


         Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Corporate partner teams.


         Assist in formulating and evaluating reports and data to provide appropriate analytical recommendations to client groups.


         Attend career fairs.


         Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.


         Conduct new hire orientation in conjunction with HR Coordinator.


Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:



  • Minimum five years in Human Resources with a strong focus on recruitment.

  • Hands on experience with HR systems such as ADP, Workday and/or other HR software applications.

  • Working knowledge, understanding and practical application of employment laws and HR practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills with the ability to distinguish the important from the urgent.

  • Critical attention to detail.

  • Strong excel skills.

  • Experience with Google suite, Power Point required.

  • Experience handling matters of confidentiality with utmost tact and diplomacy.

  • The ability to have fun!
