Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Recruiter that will be responsible for all aspects of full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.

This is a fabulous role for a full-cycle recruiter who want to learn about other areas of human resources!


The Primary Responsibilities include:

Sourcing. Partnering with hiring managers, finding passive candidates and the "purple-squirrel" when necessary.

Screening. Develop and/or implement effective screening tools that help synthesize the pool of candidates to those who are the best fit for the role being filled. 

 Work with hiring managers to help best identify and select the ideal candidate through interviews, and other selection criteria such as assessments and/or role simulations.

 Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to develop and implement effective offer and onboarding practices. This will include managing the offer process, background check and drug screen processes, and other aspects of onboarding new employees.

Talent Acquisition Administration. Daily interaction with Paylocity,  Applicant Tracking System, and exceptional project and task management to keep tabs on all requisition and talent acquisition activity. 



Required Qualifications :

Successful candidate will have at least two years of experience with full cycle recruiting in the healthcare field

Demonstrated success in finding exceptional talent in the current workforce climate and a competitive healthcare landscape. Must be creative in sourcing options for passive candidates - utilizing a broad set of sourcing approaches.

Must have demonstrated success in discerning skills, capabilities, and cultural t in telephonic phone screens.

Successful use of ATS (Paylocity is strongly preferred), LinkedIn, professional affinity groups and digital platforms, and background/drug screen vendors.
