Position Summary:

The Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and accounting functions. This includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial statements. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

·         Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

·         Provide in-depth analysis of financial results, offering insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, and profitability.

·         Prepare reports on financial performance, including variances from budget and forecast, and present to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

·         Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the company, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.

·         Analyze financial trends and support management in making informed decisions related to cost control, revenue generation, and capital expenditures.

Cash Flow Management:

·         Monitor cash flow and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations and operational needs.

Qualifications:

Education:
