This position will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for managing all
accounting and finance reporting operations within the company. The position is flexible
to allow the individual to work remotely with onsite meetings once monthly and quarterly.

Key Responsibilities
● Weekly and Monthly Reports - Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly
accounting checklist tasks
● AR & AP - Timely and accurate payment of invoices and recording of accounts
receivables
● Reconciling Accounts - Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and
tying intercompany accounts
● Budgeting and Forecasting – Creating and updating Annual forecasts and
monthly
● Bookkeeping – Keeping monthly financials are up to date and accurate
● Payroll - facilitate payroll through quickbooks online payroll
● Team Work - Collaborate with leadership to optimize the company’s financial
resources
● Compliance - Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
● CPA designation
● 2 years of experience as an auditor
● A strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
● Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
● A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance and accounting role
Nice to Have:

● Experience in Industrial Services
● Experience with Quickbooks Online
