Job Description :

The Controller is a key member of this company's Senior Leadership Team and will act as the strategic partner to the company's North America CEO. The individual will oversee the day-to-day financial, accounting and HR for the US business (3 locations) and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team of $30MM business. Will provide leadership and ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles. This role will be very hands on, along with leadership of process, the responsibility to execute and directly review a large portion of the tasks will be an absolute necessity.




  •  Lead financial function for US businesses

  •  Manage staff

  • Lead process optimization

  • Lead the ERP upgrade from a financial position

  •  Ensures compliance to all internal financial rules and external regulatory compliance (GAP & FASB)

  • Establishes and maintains operating budgets and regularly reports on actual or forecasted revenues, profits, or losses

  • Provides monthly analysis of business performance

  • Manages all typical financial functions such as closing the books, cash flow, employee benefits, AP, AR, tax, payroll, audits, inventory management, etc.

  • Analyzes and approves capex requests

Required Qualifications :

  •  Strong ERP knowledge and financial analysis

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to drive strategic direction and get things done across organization

  • BS/BA Degree in related field; Accounting, Finance, Economics

  • 5 to 7 years prior financial work experience in a multi-site manufacturing or service environment with 2-3 years in a financial leadership position

  • MBA or CPA a plus but not required
