Job Description :

This position will oversee approximately 10 childcare facilities in 5 different states.  The Regional Operations Manager could work out of Chattanooga, TN or Orange Beach, AL and would be expected to travel to the different facilities as needed to ensure exceptional services to customers.


This position will focus on operations and project management, revenue growth, leadership and compliance for all facilities.  The company provides opportunity for growth as they plan to grow to 20 - 30 facilities over the next 3 years.


Overall responsibilities for managing and overseeing all aspects of 10 privately owned childcare centers; including health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, teacher management, staffing, training and retention, and campus management,marketing required to bring prospects into the school by conducting amazing tours to convert prospects to parents and retaining them by enabling awesome experiences for the kids.


Budget creation & management with an emphasis on growth.  Project management to ensure day to day operations are completed in relationship to building care, students, parents, staff and community.


Consistently creating WOW moments for the kids, parents and teachers.Partnership with Owners and Management - Ability for the owners to rely on individual as their representative to manage and grow the facilities independently with no little to no supervision.


Maintain strong relationships with the families, faculty, and vendors


Staff Management, Hiring and Retention - Setting expectations, motivating and retaining staff initiatives - Cultivate and maintain a safe and enjoyable culture while working in a fast-paced environment

Incident Management - Successfully manage incidents, parent communication and state communication as per compliance procedures

Required Qualifications :


Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or in related field a plus; previous director of childcare center owner with 3-5 years experience in a licensed child care facility


Knowledge of state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management Demonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills


This position will work remotely in either Chattanooga TN or Orange Beach AL with required travel to each facility on a quarterly or as needed basis.


Excellent communication skills both oral and written
