Job Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for managing the company’s operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and delivering consistent performance across all Wesley companies and departments. The COO will lead the execution of the company’s strategy by developing systems and structures that maximize productivity and profitability while aligning with the organization’s culture and values.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Overseeing day to day business operations and processes.
· Implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of operations.
· Collaborate with other executives to align operational goals with company strategy.
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.onal
· Recommend and implement new tools and processes to streamline operations.
· Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies to boost productivity and reduce costs.
· Work with the leadership team to scale operations in response to market demands and growth.
· Performs other related duties as required.

· BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant management degree is preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, ideally as a COO or in a similar position.
· Proven track record of success in operational leadership, process improvement, and strategic implementation.
· Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Proven ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, anticipate industry trends and drive innovation to maintain a competitive advantage.
