Position Overview

Our privately held financial services client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, guiding the company's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal stability, and collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement long-term financial plans aligned with the company's strategic goals. Key duties include financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, risk mitigation, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, investor/buyer diligence, bank partnerships, and leading the finance and accounting team while providing critical financial insights to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning

  Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

  Create detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models to guide strategic decision- making.

  Analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.

  Lead investor/buyer communications and diligence.

  
  

Financial Operations Management

• 
  

  Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including revenue recognition, expense management, and financial reporting.

  Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

  Manage cash flow, working capital, and debt obligations.

  Manage and maintain important partner relationships – banking, insurance (health and commercial), etc.

  Oversee the billing and collections operations ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are in place to facilitate the timely collection of customer balances and minimize write-offs.

  
  

Risk Management

Financial Reporting and Analysis

Team Leadership
