Job Description :

Job Summary: The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial affairs, Business Development Activity, and Revenue Cycle of the company and will provide strategic leadership to ensure that the company achieves its financial goals. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and will be able to provide insights on how to improve the financial performance of the company. The CFO will also be responsible for managing the finance team and ensuring that financial policies and procedures are followed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the finance team, including accounting, finance, and revenue cycle departments.

  • Provide financial guidance and support to the senior management team and Board of Directors.

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the growth and expansion of the company.

  • Ensure that financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the Board of Directors and senior management team.

  • Manage the company's cash flow and financing activities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders and investors.

  • Identify areas of financial risk and implement risk management strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights on how they may impact the company's financial performance.

  • Participate in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.

  • Prepare and manage board materials.


Required Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a multi-site healthcare company.

  • Strong financial analysis skills and ability to develop and implement financial strategies.

  • Experience in managing finance teams and developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Experience with board presentations and board meeting preparation.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Prefer previous investment banking or private equity experience.
