Job Description :
Our client is looking to add a Business Development Supervisor to the Team. Company is a stable and financially sound local Company.  Person will handle all Marketing responsibilities and Sales for the Company.  Excellent opportunity for someone who is creative and has an excellent personality for sales.     
Required Qualifications :

  • Drive new sales growth of industrial service solutions to the global market;

  • Manage inbound inquiries to ensure proper tracking, assignment and delivery of proposal to meet client’s expectation by managing database of all inquiries;

  • Work with Project Managers to ensure inquiries are reviewed and necessary bid components are in place for Proposal Manager;

  • Work with Proposal Manager, CFO, and Operations to ensure terms & conditions are reviewed, and necessary documents for bid compliance are available to the bid manager;

  • Work with the Proposal Manager to ensure proposals are delivered on the time agreed by utilizing traditional and electronic means available;

  • Direct weekly sales meeting ensuring inquiries are prioritized based on bid manager workload, client’s urgency and overall profitability potential of the inquiry;

  • Attend and participate in industry trade shows, seminars and conferences, ensuring timely follow up on all leads obtained;

  • Develop, maintain, update and enforce brand identity standards ensuring compliance across all internal and external documents, proposals, brochures, signage, advertising and ephemera that reflects products and services;

  • Plan and develop necessary promotional materials in both print and electronic formats;

  • Establish appropriate trade events, seminars and conferences where the Company will attend, present or exhibit;

  • Ensure timely registration of exhibit space and staff to ensure advantageous location for exhibit at trade events, seminars and conferences;

  • Coordinate with exhibit staff dates and times necessary for: arrival to venue, exhibit setup, teardown and return shipping;

  • Develop and coordinate design and utilization of multiple format trade show exhibits;

  • Work with all departments to develop or design technical content including papers and PowerPoint for presentation at seminars and conferences using print or electronic format;

  • Responsible for development and design of plant and field services company-provided uniform, coordinating adequate stock to Operations.

  • Provide ideas for more effective and efficient processes through Marketing, Sales, and business operations
