Job Description :

As an Administrative Manager you will support the growing needs of our client that is experiencing unprecedented growth.   • Work closely with Managing Partners to optimize workflows and ensure accurate data

  • Participates in related special projects as assigned by senior management.

  • Work independently to perform advanced, diversified, and complex administrative duties.

  • Prepares and initiates correspondence, presentations, financial reports, investor relations analysis, and board reports.

  • Manage office

  • Order supplies, equipment

  • Scheduling conference rooms, conferences, and meetings

  • Liaison with vendors

  • Facilities management

Required Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years supporting Executive Team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, problem solver

  • MS Office, SharePoint

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Industry exp (banking, PE, finance and/or consulting)

  • Bachelors degree +
