Job Description :

Our healthcare client is seeking a temporary AP Admin to provide administrative and clerical support to their accounts payable function. The key duties will include managing the department’s email inbox, the physical mail box and some invoice related data entry.


The consultant will need to be able to review and act on incoming emails several times daily and go into the office typically twice each week to physically receive and distribute mail. During peak times the consultant will also be asked to assist with keying invoices into the system.


Duration: November 7th through February

Work Arrangement/Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office), Cool Springs

Required Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year of office experience – ideally prior accounts payable experience

  • Intermediate Excel with ability to work with filters, V-LOOKUPS and pivot tables.

  • Prior customer service experience strongly preferred

  • Must be proficient with Outlook

  • Experience with Intacct a major plus
