Accounting Manager
o Assist in achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, profitability.
o Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines related to finance are followed.

o Banking reconciliation

o P&L management and maintenance
o Forecasting/ Proforma creation
o Provide timely financial reporting to company officers
o Month end/ year end close
o Record keeping
o Discrepancy identification
o Payroll
o New vendor setup
o Asset management
o Work within the Restaurant 365 platform proficiently
o Be an agent for change.
o Attend business meetings as requested
o Support the venues from a financial perspective.
Support AOM with ad hoc needs
o Batchelor’s degree or higher
o Three or more years of financial management experience
Previous restaurant experience a plus
